Keystone Law’s family team draws upon Sarah Thompson, who specialises in settling financial disputes between divorcing and unmarried couples, particularly HNW cases. Thompson also advises on complex pensions, and represents clients with business interests, foreign property, farms, and inherited assets, as well as those in the sporting industry. Gianna Lisiecki-Cunane joined the practice in 2024 and advises on divorce, financial relief, cohabitation, and Schedule 1 applications. Lisiecki-Cunane also has expertise in children disputes, handling cases involving narcissistic personalities, substantial asset divorces, and children matters involving domestic abuse, alienation, and substance abuse.
