Acted for the family on behalf of the deceased in an RTA case which resulted in the death of a pedestrian.
Acted in an occupiers' liability case arising out of an injury that occurred in November 2021 in revolving doors at John Lewis which caused the claimant psychological injury and an intra-capsular fractured right femoral neck requiring total hip replacement surgery.
