Its work spans merger control, NSIA clearances, behavioural investigations and procurement law, with instructions often involving multi-million-pound investments, regeneration projects, and strategic advice to public bodies across the UK. Practice head Jonathan Branton is particularly noted for his deep expertise in subsidy control, where he brings extensive experience advising clients across both public and private sectors.
