Advised Shell International BV on the divestment of one hundred percent (100%) of its shares in Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited to a consortium buyer, Renaissance Africa Energy Holdings Limited (“Renaissance”).
Advised Tolaram Group (“Tolaram”) on the tax structuring aspects of its acquisition of a 58.02% shareholding held by Diageo in Guinness Nigeria Plc (“Guinness”), as well as on the entry into a long-term licensing arrangement for the Guinness brand.
