Dentons combines its strengths in corporate and financial law, in addition to utilising its in-house technological advancements and AI capabilities, to efficiently manage clients’ cases and improve outcomes across a broad range of matters including M&A and corporate and tax issues. Country managing partner Edgard Torres and corporate director Favio Batres co-lead the department, and other key names include Elvis Martínez, who specialises in loan agreement negotiations and handling corporate portfolios. The team was further bolstered by the additions of senior associates Pablo Areas, who joined the firm from Nassar Abogados S.A in August 2024, and Mario Novoa, who joined from Munguia Vidaurre Law in October 2024.
