Lane Neave

Lane Neave’s resource management team is particularly recognised for its work on the consenting of large-scale energy and minerals projects, with co-leads Joshua Leckie and Ellen Sewell at the helm. Leckie advises on major developments across the South Island and is regularly engaged by energy and natural resources clients, iwi and hapū, and major land users on projects under the Resource Management Act. Sewell brings particular expertise in projects and construction, acting for clients across both public and private sectors. Sarah Anderton also contributes to the team’s strength, particularly through her experience advising on major mining projects.
