Russell McVeagh

The banking and finance team at Russell McVeagh advises on the vast majority of large bank funding work. The team is noted for its strong capabilities in project finance, leveraged finance, private equity, and sustainability-linked green borrowing. Deemple Budhia chairs the practice group and is a specialist in debt capital markets, Jesse Fairley acts as deputy chair and focuses on acquisition and leveraged finance, as well as complex syndicated lending matters. The team also features Guy Lethbridge, who brings considerable experience in the regulation of banks and insurers, alongside John Powell, who is noted for his knowledge of sustainability lending. David Weavers is noted for his work in the growing non-bank lending and alternative credit segment.
