Bell Gully‘s banking and finance team continues to advise a number of leading financial sponsor clients, both private equity and infrastructure sponsors, and their lending syndicates on a range of acquisition and refinancing transactions. The team is particularly noted for its strength in the securitisation market, as well as debt capital market matters and real estate finance. The team is led by practice head Jennifer Gunser, who handles significant matters in the securitisation market. The team further includes experienced individuals, Murray King, who regularly advises major corporates and bank lenders, alongside David McPherson, who is well regarded in acquisition finance and debt restructurings.
