The practice is co-led by Marja de Best, who advises on a wide spectrum of direct tax matters, including joint ventures, takeovers, and real estate investments, and Bart Heijnen, who concentrates on indirect tax, particularly Dutch and EU VAT. Other standout members of the team include Margriet Lukkien, an international tax expert; Vincent van der Lans; who advises on the Dutch participation exemption regime; and Harmen van Dam, who assists with transfer pricing, corporate structuring, and EU tax law. In January 2025, Arco Bobeldijk and Jochem van der Wal left the firm, while Marco de Lignie retired from the partnership. Philip Siekman joined the team in February 2025.
