Restructuring and insolvency

HVG Law B.V.’s restructuring and insolvency team is led by Robin de Wit, who brings extensive experience across both turnaround and insolvency administration work. The group advises corporates, shareholders, lenders and investors on operational and financial restructurings, including refinancing exercises and distressed M&A, and is regularly appointed in significant bankruptcy and suspension-of-payments matters. The practice also handles schemes of arrangement, security enforcement issues and directors’ liability proceedings.
