The team is strong in commercial real estate deals, real estate development projects, financings and real estate issues involving public law. Structured real estate transactions are a particular area of expertise for the firm which has experience advising both investors and banks in transactions. The team also advises on leasing issues including sale and leaseback transactions. The Amsterdam-based team is led by Peter Tieskens who specialises in real estate law and notarial law.
