NautaDutilh‘s real estate and infrastructure practice supports clients in M&A transactions, litigation, financing, leasing and development matters. A key area of focus is infrastructure and industrial projects, wherein the team advises lessors and lessees on sale and leaseback transactions and assists lenders and borrowers on structuring finance deals. The team is led by Kees Koetsier, who has a wealth of experience as a civil law notary and focuses on commercial real estate matters.
