Norton Rose Fulbright has ‘a very experienced energy practice’. The team draws on the strength of the firm’s international network to support power developers and lenders on project finance, planning, construction and M&A work in the energy space, as well as advising on projects in the wind and solar power arenas. Battery energy storage systems matters are also prominent in the group’s workload. Wouter Hertzberger heads the practice; the department was bolstered by the arrival of Marjolein Dieperink in September 2024.
