The firm also assists US-based clients on international working agreements and cross-border employment issues. Johanne Boelhouwer leads the team and handles a mix of pensions, employment and employment benefits law matters. Boelhouwer is well-versed in supporting clients with works council and union consultations and elsewhere advises on executive contracts, remuneration, pension plans and mandatary participation in pension funds. Eugenie Nunes left the firm in December 2024.
