A&O Shearman

At A&O Shearman, the employment and incentives practice has an excellent reputation for representing financial institutions and large corporate entities in a wide range of matters. Recent areas of instruction for the group include advising on trade union matters and compensation issues; renumeration work is prominent in the team's workload. Practice head Arnold Keizer advises on boardroom conflicts and executive compensation matters. Elsewhere, the department handles pension litigation and transactional cases. Hanneke Bennaars has extensive expertise in advising on dismissals, restructurings and co-determination law.
