Simmons & Simmons' full-service employment, incentives and pensions practice is well known for representing domestic and international entities in the TMT and financial services sectors. The team's workload includes advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, renumeration matters and incentives work, as well as investigations. In the pensions space, the group acts as counsel to pension funds and insurance companies on a broad spectrum of matters. Laurie Kuijpers and Annemarie Elenbaas co-head the department; Kuijpers leads on cross-border employment matters, while Elenbaas is well versed in advising on co-determination issues and transfer of undertakings.
