Vestius centres its employment practice on advising scale-ups and international companies on restructurings, union negotiations, and boardroom issues. Michiel van Haelst co-leads the team and is skilled in handling individual dismissal cases for managing directors. Van Haelst also assists clients with collective redundancies, transfers of undertakings and non-competition matters.
