The team is specialised in ESG litigation for oil and gas, chemical and industrial companies, including representing clients in greenwashing cases. The Amsterdam team is led by Gerjanne Te Winkel, who is the go-to for ESG, shareholder disputes, director and professional liability, and tort claims. Coen Drion represents clients in domestic and international contracting issues, while Yuri Wehrmeijer is knowledgeable in handling injunctions, asset tracing and asset seizing.
