bureau Brandeis is known for its specialism in litigation and its position within the Dutch market allows it to never be conflicted against major Dutch banks, auditors and the Dutch government. The team is noted for its strength in ESG-related litigation, shareholder disputes and director liability cases. The Amsterdam practice is co-led by Wesley Vader and Simone Peek; Vader is well versed in corporate litigation and liability cases, while Peek handles commercial and financial disputes. Frank Peters departed from the firm in 2024.
