Enhance Arbitration was founded in July 2025 by arbitration experts Rogier Schellaars and Bas Van Zelst, who joined from Van Doorne. The firm specialises in arbitration cases, enforcement, annulment and setting aside proceedings and security orders. Schellaars excels in both commercial and investment arbitration, particularly within the energy sector, acting as counsel and arbitrator to public- and private-sector clients.
