Loyens & Loeff has bolstered its practice with the arrival of arbitration specialist Mirjam van de Hel-Koedoot as practice co-head. Van de Hel-Koedoot brings deep expertise in international arbitration, regularly representing multinational corporations and sovereign entities. The practice is often engaged in cross-border arbitration cases spanning commercial, investor-state, construction and corporate issues. Tom Claassens also co-chairs the practice and has a wealth of experience handling arbitration and the enforcement of arbitral awards. Fellow co-head Bastiaan Kemp is noted for his work on corporate, post-M&A, and commercial arbitration proceedings.
