A niche real estate and construction firm, Straatman Koster Advocaten is able to assist clients with the full lifecycle of construction projects as well as construction-related litigation, acquisitions, disposals and lease constructions. The team advises on both national and international contracts and largely advises corporate clients, construction companies, public authorities and financial institutions. Rotterdam-based Hugo Strang leads the team and is an expert in civil construction law and procurement law, often assisting clients with pre-court dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration. Thijs Straatman is well versed in construction disputes, while Frederik van Nouhuys and Wilfried Koster both assist with construction projects. Angela Minderhoud left the firm in January 2024.
