It is well-versed in advising on construction and redevelopment projects with national security concerns as well as urban developments of public housing and landmark buildings. The team is led by Mark Birnage, who focuses on procurement and contracting issues in projects; Maarten van Rijn, who handles construction and public procurement litigation; and Jeanile Weyne, who centres her practice on complex construction contracts.
