Eversheds Sutherland bolstered its banking and finance team with the arrival as practice heads of Kees Westermann and Vasco Hoving, who both joined the firm from Rutgers & Posch in October and November 2024, respectively. Westermann is particularly equipped to assist clients with the amendment of asset-based financing facilities while Hoving is noted for his capabilities in equity bridge loans, acquisition financing mandates and capex facilities.
