Advised CDG Invest Growth and the founding shareholders in connection with the sale of all shares held in the share capital of Soludia Maghreb, the leading Moroccan company in haemodialysis products, to Sothema, one of the leading Moroccan pharmaceutical companies. The amount of the transaction was €100m.
Advised Nama Fund I in 2 joint ventures in the military sector with foreign investors to build, finance and develop factories.
Advised the shareholders of STAM in the sale of a majority of the share capital of STAM to TGCC, a listed Moroccan construction giant. This acquisition, carried out by STAM’s historical shareholders, is coupled with a capital increase that will allow STAM to boost its stake in VIAS to 80%.
