Von Wobeser y Sierra, SC‘s real estate team offers capabilities across property acquisition, leasing and disposition; regularisation and development; financing; and the conversion of ejidal land (ejidos) into private property. The group benefits from the firm’s broader expertise in litigation, corporate and M&A, finance, environmental and tax law and is regularly called upon by developers, investors and funds. The department is directed by Pablo Saez, who advises on real estate deals, corporate law, M&A and urban development. Additional key contacts include Raymundo Soberanis (real estate, compliance, restructuring and dispute resolution); Javier Betancourt (corporate and M&A, real estate and banking and finance); and counsel Manuel Martínez (real estate and corporate and M&A). Counsel Rodrigo de los Ríos departed in October 2024, as did Alejandro Orellana in March 2025.
