The group has experience advising on energy, power, water and highway projects, and also handles a range of regulatory and permitting mandates,along with projects-related litigation and arbitration. The department’s five partners share leadership: Enrique González Calvillo majors on cross-border transactions involving energy and power generation, as well as M&A, joint ventures and commercial arbitration. Jorge Cervantes Trejo and Rodrigo Rojas Robleda specialise in private equity, M&A transactions, and transactional projects mandates; Oscar Moreno Silva is well-versed in advising developers, lenders, and sponsors on the development and financing of energy, power, oil-and-gas, and water-related projects; while Hernando Becerra undertakes cross-border M&A and financings. Counsels Antonio de Lisi (infrastructure and energy project finance) and Julia González (regulatory matters and dispute resolution) are additional key contacts.
