The team is experienced in designing operational frameworks to support business restructurings, developing labour-focused internal policies, and managing litigation and internal investigations. Practice head Luis Enrique Cervantes has a broad skillset in labour law, covering hiring processes, collective bargaining, and workforce restructurings. He is supported by senior associate Luis Guillermo Vázquez, who advises on the labour law aspects of business reorganisations and M&A transactions. Junior associate Benito Parra Ornelas has expertise in labour litigation and internal investigations, and works alongside new addition Vanessa Flores. Juan José Soto Arias also joined the team in March 2025 at the partner level, bolstering the group's contentious expertise.
