Assisted North Road Opco, in the acquisition of a Mexican production group dedicated to film and multimedia production projects, some of them available on highly recognised streaming platforms around the world.
Advised United Parcel Services De Mexico for the acquisition of Mexican package delivery company “Estafeta”, a transaction with a very strong intellectual property component that involved the establishment of a complex structure to ensure the correct transfer of the business’ intellectual property, as well as the crafting of transition services agreements involving IP rights.
