Iberbrand S.C. maintains its presence in Mexico’s IP markets, offering a full range of services across trade marks, patents and copyrights. The group is skilled in protection strategies to preserve the rights of clients’ intangible assets, and is equally adept in enforcement matters, from an advisory and contentious standpoint. The team is led by founding partner Diego Rossi, who has versatile experience across the practice. Other key partners include capable litigator Ana Vargas, trade mark and copyright specialist Gilberto Martinez, and Julian Vadillo, who handles trade mark protection matters. The practice group was further strengthened in August 2025 with the arrival of Nallely Van Pratt, from Von Wobeser y Sierra, SC, as a senior partner.
