The practice group at environmental boutique Pontones & Ledesma is adept at advising domestic and international corporations in the heavy industry, food and drink and construction sectors on environmental compliance and contentious mandates. Core strengths of the group include securing authorisations from ASEA, SEMARNAT, CONAGUA and other governmental agencies; audits and impact assessments, forestry matters and administrative proceedings.
