Core areas of expertise include the structuring and drafting of commercial transactions; transmission, distribution and marketing matters; and litigation and arbitration. Leadership of the group is shared between founding partners Bernardo Cortés and Fernando Quesada. Cortés has focused his practice on regulatory and transactional matters in the energy and infrastructure space, in addition to arbitration. Quesada, for his part, has particular experience advising domestic and foreign stakeholders on infrastructure projects and natural gas regulations.
