Pérez-Llorca‘s litigation team handles a broad range of contentious matters for clients across the pharmaceuticals, financial services, retail and technology sectors, among others. The team regularly represents clients in class actions, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, damages and recovery claims, and other civil and commercial litigation at both first-instance and appellate levels. Antonio González, who joined the team in July 2025 from Jones Day, plays a leading role in corporate, constitutional, regulatory and competition-related litigation. He jointly leads the practice with Daniel Morán, a key contact for high-value claims across the insurance, telecoms, technology, retail and infrastructure sectors. María Elena Huerta, who moved from Jones Day with González, is another key member of the team, with particular experience in commercial disputes in the finance, energy and retail spaces. At associate level, Daniela Montaño is active in corporate governance and transactional disputes, while Ana Rosa Bobadilla and Manuel Gálvez advise on telecoms and regulatory litigation. José Eduardo Saucedo departed the team in January 2026.
