The group - which is regularly instructed by investment funds, strategic investors, portfolio managers, real estate companies, and domestic and international banks - is co-directed by Eduardo Pizarro, María Teresa Paillés, María Esther Rey, Iván Pérez Correa, Daniel del Rio and Andres Pizarro Suárez. Pizarro handles the creation and structuring of corporations, spin-offs, and M&A; Paillés and Esther Rey are highly specialised in corporate and real estate mandates. Pérez Correa has focused his practice on private equity transactions, while del Río and Pizarro Suárez both handle a variety of foreign investment, real estate and M&A work.
