DLA Piper Mexico's competition and antitrust practice advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, representing domestic and international clients in investigations before the CNA and IFT, as well as on regulatory compliance issues. Jorge Benejam co-heads the practice and is particularly active in antitrust investigations and disputes in the telecoms, retail and financial services sectors. He leads the team alongside Antonio Cárdenas, whose practice encompasses regulatory compliance and competition litigation. Associate Regina Esparza focuses on merger filings, antitrust investigations and appellate-level amparo proceedings. She works closely with associate Ana Marietta Rivero, who advises on competition litigation matters across the oil and gas, infrastructure and telecoms sectors, and regularly represents clients before the CNA.
