Ismael Henestrosa and Abel Rivera departed their respective firms (Aziz & Kaye Business Law and Greenberg Traurig, S.C.) in August 2024 to establish Comp+Law, a boutique competition firm focused on representing clients in merger authorisations and a broad range of investigations conducted by the competition authorities.
