The bankruptcy and restructuring practice group at Ritch, Mueller y Nicolau, S.C. handles corporate restructurings, with team members also drawing on experience acting as insolvency administrators, foreign representatives and liquidators in bankruptcy proceedings. Leadership is shared between Jean Paul Farah Chajín, who specialises in banking and finance, M&A, capital markets, real estate and restructurings; and Pablo Perezalonso Eguía, who is well-versed in international banking and securities transactions, capital markets, M&A, fintech regulatory matters, and restructuring and insolvency.
