The practice group at Creel Abogados, SC demonstrates experience across a range of transactional and regulatory banking and finance, most notably secured and unsecured transactions, acquisition and structured financings, single creditor and syndicated loans, and the structuring of security packages. The team also assists banks, non-bank financial institutions and other regulated entities with regulatory matters. The practice is co-led by deeply experienced partners Carlos Creel (banking and securities law) and Gustavo Struck Creel (corporate law, finance and real estate). Pablo Arellano and counsel Alejandro Creel, both of whom specialise in corporate law, M&A, finance and real estate, are additional names to note. Corporate law and finance specialist Guillermo Rocha, who frequently handles structured and asset-backed finance and private equity matters, joined the firm from MNJ Capital in June 2024.
