Imtihaz Mamoojee Chambers

Imtihaz Mamoojee Chambers advises on a broad range of civil and commercial matters, spanning litigation, arbitration, advisory and transactional work under Mauritian law. Members regularly appear before all levels of the Mauritian courts and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, with experience across commercial disputes and select criminal matters. Chambers head Imthiaz Mamoojee, who was appointed Senior Counsel in August 2025, represents domestic and multinational industry players and financial institutions in litigation and international arbitration, including recent activity in cases involving judicial review of administrative decisions and the application of the non-cumul principle in contractual disputes. Adila Noushreen Luttoo  has deep experience across tribunals, the District Courts, Intermediate Court and the Supreme Court, handling a wide range of commercial litigation.
