Assisting the Evoke Group, namely Mr Green Limited, William Hill Global p.l.c and Virtual Digital Services Limited, in the litigious, cross-border challenge to the recognition and enforcement of Austrian player judgments in Malta, seeking the recovery of player losses suffered on the gaming website (currently circa +70 cases), on the basis of Art 45/44 Brussels I Recast.
