Rahmat Lim & Partners‘ team has a maritime and aviation specialism and capabilities assisting clients in the breadth of contentious and non-contentious matters therein. The team handles vessel and mortgage registrations, secured lending and leasing cases. It also represents clients in litigation and arbitration concerning charterparties, international trade, and offshore oil and gas issues. The practice is co-led by Soh Yin Chuin whose expertise is in loan and lease financing, debt restructuring, and maritime assets enforcement; Jack Yow who handles corporate and banking litigation as well as insolvency proceedings; and Chong Yee Leong whose work covers international arbitration and restructuring in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
