The team operates across a variety of sectors, including real estate, hospitality, oil and gas, energy and infrastructure. Nick Edmondes, Elias Moubarak and Geoff Allen jointly head the practice. Edmondes is noted for his involvement in large infrastructure project development and finance. Moubarak leads on the banking and finance work, and excels in project financings, real estate financings, and capital market issuances. Allen focuses his practice on the corporate side of the practice, notably acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and foreign direct investment.
