'Very knowledgeable on the Luxembourgish funds industry', KLEYR GRASSO handles work for fund managers and institutional investors setting up or investing into a myriad of alternative investment funds, including real estate and private equity. The team also advises on ongoing regulatory issues associated with running a fund, as well as advice with regard to other transactional mandates, including restructuring and mergers of funds. Much of the work has an intersection with German-speaking countries, with the 'outstanding' Mevlude-Aysun Tokbag particularly skilled at work in the space.  The 'very professional and responsive' Luc Courtois  co-heads the team alongside Tokbag, and as well as AIF-related work, also advises on the setting up of UCITs. \n \n
