Work highlights
Advised Rother Valley Railway Limited (RVRL) on its application for an order under the Transport and Works Act to authorise the construction of a new railway and the maintenance of two existing stretches of railway along the historic route of a former railway branch line in the High Weald AONB.
Advising the Department of Transport and HS2 Ltd on the promotion of the Bill to construct and operate the proposed high-speed railway between London and Birmingham, Phase One of HS2. That Bill received Royal Assent in 2017.
Continung to advise Network Rail in relation to worksites, depots, rail workers’ accommodation, batching plants, and road-rail access links which facilitate the completion and the finalisation of the Crossrail project.
