Horton specialises in infrastructure projects, and advises clients across the breadth of the rail industry. As part of this, she advises clients on franchise bidding, mobilisation, and maintenance matters. Jamie Illingworth focuses on public sector work, and advises clients on franchising, rail regulation, and rail infrastructure development. Rachael Chapple, too, offers clients advice on rolling stock, alongside passenger operations work.
