Instructed to advise and represent Getty Images in its claim for infringement of copyright, database rights, trademarks and passing off against Stability AI, in relation to the large-scale unauthorised use of Getty Images' content to train Stability AI's generative AI model, Stable Diffusion.
Advising FibreSpeed since March 2024 on the transitional arrangements for handing over the 411 km broadband network it constructed on behalf of, and has operated for, the Welsh Government for the last fifteen years.
