Addleshaw Goddard is home to an experienced real estate planning team, called to advise on a range of matters including residential and regeneration schemes as well as infrastructure projects in energy, transport and logistics. With a focus on rail and mixed-use developments, Marnix Elsenaar leads the team, supported by Gary Sector who advises clients on large energy projects and Francis Tyrrell, who focuses on infrastructure authorisation and convention planning. Sarah Hodge is also a key member of the team with extensive infrastructure sector experience. Michael Dempsey left the firm in July 2025.
