Advised Derwent London on its 50 Baker Street development, a new 7 storey building accommodating c. 30,000sqm of new office space (roughly 70% of Westminster’s annual target), 21 residential units and significant improvements to the public realm around the site.
Advised Uniper on the acquisition of land and development rights at North Killingholme, Lincolnshire for the development of a new power station with carbon capture facilities.
