Advising BDW on phases 2 and 3 of the Darwin Green development in Cambridgeshire for up to 1,000 homes, secondary school, primary school, community facilities, retail uses, open space and landscaped areas, associated engineering, demolition and infrastructure works.
Advising Gleeson Land on their proposed development in South Aylesbury for 1400 homes, a primary school, a community building, a Gypsy and Traveller site comprising 5 pitches, multi-functional green infrastructure including a linear park and recreation / play areas, re-alignment of the Stoke Brook with the creation of associated wetland habitat, and provision of infrastructure including the South West Link Road, cycling and walking links, flood attenuation measures and other ancillary works.
Advised this new client regarding a Strategic Urban Extension in Wokingham for up to 1,434 dwellings, a two-form entry primary school, Neighbourhood Centre, public open space, play areas and associated infrastructure and landscaping; and a full application for the proposed Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG), landscaping and temporary car park.
