Bevan Brittan LLP works across the public sector, advising central and local governments across a number of planning projects. The team is led by Dalee Kaur, who acts for both public and private sector clients, advising on property acquisitions and development agreements, and has expertise in infrastructure developments. Working alongside her is Matthew Simson. He advises on all aspects of the planning process, working on schemes to achieve biodiversity net gain and nutrient neutrality.
